The Messenger magazine is produced by St Michael’s church, West Hill. You can browse the current magazine, or download a copy, further down this page.
Distribution
The Messenger is delivered, free of charge, by a team of volunteers to every home in West Hill, over 900 households. If you live in West Hill and do not receive a copy, please let us know straight away, via the form on the Contacts page. With the number of new houses being built in the area, it is possible that we might have missed you.
Equally, if you are prepared to help as a distributor, please let us know. The village is divided into a large number of zones so each distributor only has to visit part of a street or a couple of local closes. The more help we have, the smaller each round will be.
The Magazine
If you are looking for a local supplier of goods or services please check our advertisers, whose support enables us to deliver the magazine to you free of charge:

Please note that the Editors do not officially endorse any adverts. Adverts are accepted on the understanding that permission for use has been given for all artwork and the descriptions of goods and services are fair and accurate.
Publication Dates
The Messenger is published six times a year on 1st April, 1st June, 1st August, 1st October, 1st December and 1st February. Copy deadlines are generally the 1st of the preceding month. The copy date [which may vary occasionally] for each edition is confirmed in the preceding issue.
Contributions
The Editor welcomes contributions to The Messenger both to do with the life and mission of the church and also general articles and information about West Hill village and our community. As the only village magazine, we want it to reflect all aspects of life in West Hill and welcome information and articles from clubs, societies and community groups in the village.
