The Arboretum Group exists to encourage appreciation of the beautiful trees in our woodland village and to help with education about and understanding of our very special arboricultural environment. West Hill is a unique place with many more trees than most other villages. These provide us with clean air, privacy, wildlife habitat, and a beautiful landscape.
We organise walks around the village with a tree specialist every few months for anybody to join in. Recently we have introduced a summer walk for children to encompass special interests.
